The heath is bursting with life in its stillness. There’s barely any movement of air, only a gentle breeze, making its existence known by cool touch. The shadows and hues of the heath change subtly as a thin cloud moves away from the glow of the sun. I observe myself observing. Stray thoughts fade away. A presence that is deeply tranquil is perceived. Calmness pervades. – CS
