My eyes follow the path of the breeze shifting through the heath, changing the colours, tones and shadows ever so slightly. The breeze takes me to the trees at the edge, the ridges and valleys and the soft blue sky beyond. I’m aware of my own breathing as though I’m breathing with the heath. I feel completely in the moment. – CS
